Nina Harris is a transactional attorney who regards her practice as an opportunity to help businesses and individuals realize their corporate and professional goals. She has worked with small business owners, artists, architects, and food industry professionals, among others.
Her experience includes corporate formation and governance, negotiating and drafting contracts, intellectual property, litigation, and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Nina worked with a firm in Brooklyn and was formerly an associate at the firm now known as DLA Piper. Nina lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two sons.
